This first 45 min. Discovery Call is to:
get to know each other,
talk about what is top of mind for you, have a laser coaching session,
& see if I am a good fit for you.
If we decide to move forward, our online Life Coaching Sessions are one hour long. These sessions can be fully flexible with your schedule.
I hold these via Zoom and see my clients one session per week.
This is essential when we are beginning to work together in order to kickstart your transformation and get the momentum flowing.
